“Perfect location - could walk everywhere. Roberto and his wife were incredible hosts. They treated us like family. They served us a delicious breakfast, gave us information about restaurants and wine tastings, provided help with transportation. We hope to return soon. This place is a gem. The hosts make it very special. ”

“Wow is an understatement. This was the most spectacular part of our entire Italy trip. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The sprawling property is spectacular to roam around. Lots of space to go for a run. Easy to get to Montepulciano and Pienza. Nice to meet so many other travelers. The room was quaint, beautiful, clean and unique. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows and nice linens. Plenty of fresh air and sounds of animals from outside. The breakfast was……

“Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town. ”

“O local é incrível!!!! Os quartos são confortáveis e a vista é maravilhosa! O café da manhã é servido na mesa, no primeiro dia tivemos um pequeno problema, pois nos trouxeram apenas bolo, pera e capuccino, a atendente não nos deu as opções que tínhamos para pedir, resumindo, não como bolo e fiquei com fome. No dia seguinte fui questionando as opções do cardápio, pois li nos comentários aqui que era bem variado. Após questionar nos trouxera frios, pães, manteiga e suco, tudo estava delicioso!……

“Che dire ECCEZIONALE! La struttura è bellissima di gran classe, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite che con la vasca idromassaggio è veramente uno spettacolo. Il punto forte è la possibilità di prenotare la zona SPA privatamente per un'ora, in alternativa si può usufruire della zona piscina che è top! Colazione ottima, di qualità e servita in un'area molto bella, che poi è la stessa che viene usata la sera per chi vuole cenare e anche qui la qualità della cena è da 5 stelle. Infine……

“Hotel nel centro di Passignano sul Trasimeno. L'hotel è a bordo lago e sul versante interno confina con la strada principale, il che rende le camere di quel lato più rumorose per via del traffico. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è dotato di un parcheggio gratuito attiguo alla struttura. Ottima colazione continentale.”

The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
