Discover the beauty of Abbotsford from this 2-bedroom house. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this cozy retreat features 2 queen beds, a living room with an extra twin bed, and 2 bathrooms with all the essentials. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine (The laundry room is shared with others on Saturdays and Sundays. If you’d like to use it on those days, please let us know in advance ), guests can enjoy a cool and pleasant stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Guest access:
- Guests have full access to the entire private suite
- No other guests will share the space unless included in the reservation
- No access to backyard (currently under renovation)
- Please note that only the laundry room is shared; all other areas are private. (The laundry room is shared with others on Saturdays and Sundays. If you'd like to use it on those days, please let us know in advance)
- NO smoking, NO pet allowed
- Security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas for guest's safety
- Violation of house rules will result in immediate cancellation with no refund

Easy to get back onto the main highway, a spacious well taken of place, and a comfy bed. Host was great to communicate with. Saving this to favorites list for future travels at Abbotsford.

Jasdeep’s place was clean, quiet and accommodating. We had a couple of special requests and our host was quick to respond and very helpful and we appreciated their understanding. It’s close to everything and it’s rare to find a place that can sleep 5 people in beds. We didn’t cook any big meals but made breakfast and sandwiches and there was all of the dish wear we required. As per another review there wasn’t salt/cooking oil etc so bring those if you need them. The laundry worked great and it was fabulous to have two bathrooms! Thanks for a great stay Jasdeep!

1st time at a VRBO, so wasn't sure what to expect upon arrival. Location and check in were fine. As this is our 1st stay at one, we didn't know what was & wasn't provided. My expectation was that there would be everything we needed in a home, just not our home. There was minimal dishes & cutlery, there were no extras of any kind. No saran wrap, spices or anything to help out with cooking, no sprays, oils or anything. We had to go purchase all the condiments, paper towels & many other things in order to function in the kitchen. Again, not sure if these are provided in other VRBO's or not. The listing stated 3 parking spaces, the 1st few days we were asked to move several times as the people living in the back garage wanted access behind the fence, as they were moving out. The day after they moved out, 3 or 4 more moved in. I guess that is why we were told we could not have access to the back yard, which would have been nice, not because it was under renovations as stated, but because it was occupied and used by the back tenants. It was a small deck, but would have been a nice place to sit & chat or relax. The couches shown in the picture is the only place to sit in there. Off to the right is the third bed, which my daughter wasn't pleased about lol. There was an additional bedroom that was completely empty that could have been utilized but wasn't. The owner was relatively quick to respond to our requests for garbage bags and toilet paper, but had no cleaning supplies
