"I called the night before to confirm that the jacuzzi was operable. I was assured that it was however, when I arrived the next morning there was a sign that said the jacuzzi was under repair. I asked when the when it became inoperable, they said the week prior. I informed them that I had just called the night before and was assured that the jacuzzi was working. I was very disappointed. The breakfast made up for it though!"

"The rooms are nice and the king size bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing! We enjoyed the breakfast too. My only con would be I like a coffee machine in the room. A lovely older place to stay and very quiet as well."

"This was our third time at this hotel, and every stay has been wonderful. The staff are fantastic people. Lori, Kirby and Miranda always have a smile and something nice to say. KING CARLOS and Michael made sure we had a delicious breakfast every morning. Cindy, Stephanie, Lenelle and Decob took care of everything our room needed from towels to tissues. Gabriel even changed our shower head. Our room was spotlessly clean and we couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you all so so much."
