"Property not at all as shown in photos. Old condition with rusted AC unit and bugs in the room. Homeless population on the property; we did not feel safe and left immediately."

"We had a first floor ADA room, which was awesome not having to go up the elevator to another floor. The room was very spacious and the bathroom shower was level with the floor."

"Washer and dryer and ice machine outdoor open to public. All out of order. Breakfast was not what pictures show. Plastic knife would barely cut my waffle. Coffee was like hot colored water. TV was a disaster trying to watch NCAA tournament. Could not find channels that matched the guide. Very noisy being so close to road. "

"Pool is not heated. The only strange thing was the smell in the second floor lobby. I guess it was a cleaning product but it smells like an old ladies perfume."
