「This property was 11/10, It was excellent in every respect . On arrival the place was so welcoming . Attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort in addition to the superb location exceeded expectations. We booked dinner at the Pennan Inn which we can recommend. Extremely good value for money, I would highly recommend.」

「This home was a wonderful experience. Set out in the country, it is a really quiet location and was so peaceful. Its close proximity to Ballater provided plenty of selections for food and shopping. It is also right in the middle of the mountains and there are many great hiking options around. The home is well equipped for cooking and relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet country feel.」

「The house is gorgeous and was just the perfect home away from home. When we arrived there was a lot of black dog hair everywhere including in the bed. This didn’t bother us too much as we have dogs ourselves golden retrievers and we just cleaned it up. We did have a problem with the WiFi not working however Allan dealt with this immediately and had an engineer out on Monday and fixed which was fantastic. Overall though we have a fantastic stay with the added bonus of our lovely cow(actual cows)...

「We stayed for two weeks, and would have stayed longer. Great place for a quiet and enjoying holiday.」

「Perfect place fot a family or anybody who wants to be in the nature and with a beautiful village minutes away. The sound of sheep and if birds the minutes you step out. The view is breath taking」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Annex.Mo and Alistair were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped a home from home. The welcome pack was amazing with fresh eggs from the hens and the best Victoria sponge we have ever tasted plus a few other goodies. The cottage was lovely with sea views at one side and countryside on the other. The night skyscapes were amazing and we saw the Northern Lights (the Aurora). We would thoroughly recommend...
