“We enjoyed every minute of our one-week stay. The house is one of the places which by itself makes a vacation special. Kitchen and living area are very spacious with wonderful looks into the surrounding landscape. We were actually happy about a rainy morning so that we were forced to stay at home and not go out for a hike. We love cooking for ourselves and the kitchen is fully equipped. “We had an amazing 2 weeks at Hen Stable! We loved the beautiful garden and cozy living area! You definitely need a car, but we did go on nice walks from the cottage. Gary was so kind and helpful! …always available for questions.We had dinner at the Victoria Inn in Harlech…delicious! We hope to visit again!”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

“The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. ”

“We had the most magical stay in this beautiful yurt near Barmouth. It was the perfect escape from the world – quiet, relaxing, and full of calm. Our boys, aged 4 and 7, had the best time swinging in the hammock, toasting marshmallows, drinking hot chocolate, and going on bug hunts.The yurt was clean, spacious, and cosy, with comfy beds for all of us.
