Western Dreams Hotel is in need of serious renovations. I complained about the hard mattress and manager said they were Posturepedic, but every night it felt like I slept on rocks. I booked hotel for two guest and only one complimentary breakfast was included, worst than that there was roaches in the coffee pot. Poor WiFi and cable service. I would give this hotel one star rating and would not recommend anyone staying here. Elena USA

I booked on Expedia for a 1 night stay. I got there about 9 pm only to be told my booking was 'unconfirmed' and there was no accommodation. While waiting at the reception, I tried to use the toilet and found it was overflowing and could not flush properly. After about 30 minutes, I was given a room with no functional air-conditioner. Had to leave the facility after calling the reception 2 times to fix the air-conditioner without any action from the hotel. All in all, it was a terrible experience with the manager trying to make it look like it was my fault for making an 'unconfirmed reservation' even though I had been debited by Expedia and informed that I did not need to reconfirm booking. I was neither re-reimbursed by Expedia or hotel but I left the facility without sleeping there to keep my sanity!

Our one night stay was pleasant but not exceptional. The facilities are in need of updating and the bed was very hard. It was acceptable and adequate for our needs.

Good place for travelers in Abuja

This is one of the few hotels in Abuja that offers 2 Queen beds per room. This is especially good if you're traveling with a group. They provided airport transportation at a reasonable price. It isn't far from the airport. The staff were accommodating and friendly. I would come again.

Worst Hotel Ever!! I had to check out early!

On checking in I was upgraded to the Ambassadorial room which wasn't up to standard but I had to manage it since it was an upgrade. AC worked perfectly on the first night but the wash hand basin was blocked! The following morning the AC wasn't blowing cold. The breakfast I ordered wasn't fully cooked and I HAD A stomach upset! WHEN the AC packed up I had to check out early coupled with the fact that I NEARLY fell inside the shower. When I was checking out, the staff at the reception begged and promised to change my room but I declined as I was already totally frustrated and I believe changing my room won't make me happy.

This hotel is not worth its charges - Appaling

I have been to several hotels in several continents of the world, but this hotel is indeed a BAD DREAM. The pictures posted here are so deceptive and the facilities are far from the pictures. The rooms have only one towel and the bathrooms are so appalling with faults in several room. I had to change to several rooms before I could find one to manage. However, the staff are so amazing in trying to please you even in the midst of the disjointed facilities. The neighbourhood is peaceful and that is why I gave 3+ for the neighbourhood. But overall, the hotel needs upgrade urgently and will improve if the owners can invest in.

I will recommend it!

It is a good hotel for a short getaway. The room was clean but could do with a bit of upgrade in furnishing. Though I missed the breakfast for the 2 days I stayed but their food was good. The customer service was good as well though the staffs should learn how to be a bit cheerful looking at all times. Overall I will recommend it for anyone that wants a short getaway, in a cool neighbourhood.

it appears that the hotel might have suffered smok

After three moves, i eventually settled into a "deluxe room" the bathroom had no lighting. Previous rooms had issues with tv, electricity etc. However themaintenance staff were superb and never gave up trying to help! until i gave the word. The owners need to invest in upgrading thee hotel with simple items such as new bedsheets towels, etc
