"Excellent staff! Clean! Room very quiet! Room temp was set at front desk to either heater or AC not both. At night it got a bit cool and I could not adjust the temperature a bit warmer. Gym is not on site but available nearby. Enjoyed our time at your hotel! Thank you!"

"Was just what we needed. Staff made it easy to check in and answered all our questions and helped us book our private ferry over to the train station upon departure. We stayed in the second building. Was two flights of stairs but the room was excatly what we needed. Comfortable bed, little fridge and clean. Bathroom was decent size and water pressue was great. Water also gets HOT. Was lovely after a long day. Area is also much quieter than being in the city center. Lots of cute shops and squares along the way to center. Overall was a great experiance. Try the Tavern Resturant next door! The lasagna was to die for. "

"Best hotel I’ve ever been to, the view itself of the Grand Canal was nothing short of Spectacular! The staff were more than helpful with anything we needed from reservations to high-end restaurants, to late night drinks, and even scheduling of the local water taxi to the nearby airport. The property also includes a secluded backyard seated garden area/restaurant where you can lounge and spend the night. If I could rate this property 6 stars I would. Definitely looking forward to returning here in the future. "

"The staff communicated effectively in English and were able to assist with basic questions, which made the stay easier overall. While we did not intend to spend much time in the room, the accommodations did not match the photos presented at the time of booking, which was disappointing. Access to our assigned “orange” room required climbing 62 steps, which may be a consideration for some guests. Additionally, air conditioning was not available due to local seasonal regulations, and the room became uncomfortable at times—particularly with mosquitoes present each evening. There were also no fans provided. The room itself was minimally equipped, with very limited luggage storage, no desk, and no microwave. Lastly, while the property does offer complimentary activities or options, these were not communicated unless specifically requested. Overall, while the staff was courteous, there are several areas where clearer communication and improved room conditions would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"Room barely fit the two single beds. Really outdated (as in the 90s would be an upgrade) . Staff was fine but certainly not particularly friendly. Pretty good location and that’s the best part of it. Got a rash on my back, which I can’t think of getting from anywhere else. Really thin sheets. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend. There are better options."
