"This hotel had a great, helpful staff but is old and outdated. The sheets had many stains and fan and AC was very loud and smelled like mold. The breakfast buffet was awesome and there were nice views from the rooms. Lunch and dinner options were not as great, but still ok. I will say that the location is good and there were lots of restaurants and shops working walking distance. We will return to Acapulco but will not stay here again. "

"I enjoyed my stay, it was quiet, relaxing. However, the food and drink were over priced. The property still not fully open. The food was quality on some itmes was very good. The drinks were as expensive as in the U.S. and were average. Pet fee was extremwly over priced. $50 dollars a night. In the U.S. some hotels charge between $75 and $150 for the entire stay. The
