Agradable, accesible, tiene tiendas y restaurantes cerca, alberca bien cuidada, solo que las toallas ya están muy deshilachadas, no está habilitado el comedor, al lado se pone un bazar que tiene mucho ruido, por lo demás bien.

El hotel está algo dañado por lo del huracán, no hay internet en las habitaciones por lo que aunque haya tele no hay nada que ver, las cortinas rotas, toallas de habitación super viejas, el aire acondicionado medio trabaja, sin embargo considero que se debería recompensar con que el personal tuviera aunque sea un poco de amabilidad al atender, desde la recepción se le comento al recepcionista del detalle del internet y solo dijo que estaba mal y no podía hacer nada, en la alberca no hay toalla para salir de ella, tienes que ir a recepcion y las niegan, las personas del restaurante no son ni para ofrecerte la carta, todos con mala cara muy poco serviciales, y solo están platicando entre ellas, pareciera que desean que no estés como huésped para no tener que atender a nadie.

Sucio. Las toallas estaban muy viejas. Pedimos Cambio de toallas y no nos lo dieron. Muy viejo y para el costo, puedes tener mejores opciones. No lo recomiendo.

En general es muy buen lugar para quedarse varios días, es muy cómodo y amplio, solo que nos hubiera gustado que nuestro ventanal diera acceso a la alberca para no estar rodeando el hotel

Me gusto

Me pareció cómodo y limpio. Solo el internet no lo use yo llevaba datos. Pedí la clave y era incorrecta. Pero me aclararon que la clave está en el lobby. El personal fue amable y atento con nosotros. Al cruzar la calle hay playa y restaurantes. La playa súper limpia no como en las sombrillas. Los restaurantes están entre 300 y 400 por persona. Pero hay vendedores ambulantes (negocien el precio) La alberca en el hotel es un gran entretenimiento para los niños sobretodo antes de dormir. Tiene baños y regaderas para quitarse la arena. Cuenta con seguridad. En general todo bien y si volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Por el precio apenas y cumple !! Instalaciones muy básicas y desgastadas, las toallas súper viejas!! El estacionamiento “sujeto a disponibilidad” es una basilada siempre está lleno, si tienes suerte estacionas tu carro en frente del hotel pero si lo mueves no te garantizas que tengan otro lugar para ti

Lugar limpio, tranquilo, buen servicio

Al momento del check in no tomo más de 10 minutos todo muy bien, el elevador es pequeño para que se considere si viajas en familia, aún no está al 100% ya que el restaurante aún no está en función pero te permiten llevar alimentos de afuera a tu habitación muy bien, todos los días realizaron servicio a la habitación las instalaciones están bien, no malas no excelentes solo bien, la vista es muy buena desde un 4to nivel. La alberca no es fría siempre tiene una buena temperatura baños cerca de la misma y muchos camastros, el internet es un punto negativo en el piso que estaba no llegaba donde estaba mi familia 2ndo nivel si llega, en lobby está perfecto para esperar a tus amigos/familia ya que tiene una tipo sala para poder esperar

En general todo muy bien, muy limpias las instalaciones y todo. Deben anunciar que tienen gimnasio porque yo lo descubrí al tercer día. Lo único a recomendar es mejorar la atención al cliente porque los recepcionistas, particularmente Casandra, son poco atentos y necesitas sacarles la información porque ellos no la dan de forma inicial. Solo eso Muy recomendable el hotel, está a unos metros de la playa.

Pésimas. No hay estacionamiento para el automóvil, cuando realice la reservación me dijeron que si había estacionamiento. Tuve que pagar estacionamiento mientras estuve hospedada. La habitacion parece cueva, ya que es muy oscura, no hay ninguna ventana. El personal muy grosero. Yo no lo recomiendo.
