"This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. "I had an unexpected stay for two nights due to the airport closure and I am so glad I did. Salvo st the reception desk was lovely such a nice warm welcome and first impression. The bar at reception was amazing, female bartender really great at making drinks and service. Roberto and the pool team really friendly. If there is any negatives I would just say the rooms are a little dated and can use a freshen up to meet the lobby’s decor. All in all I hand a wonderful stay and will definitely be back"

"A wonderful stay! We spent three nights there and would have loved to stay longer. The hotel is situated on a vast property with beautifully manicured gardens. The pool is huge. "I ended up being stranded due to the airport closure. I booked my hotel on Expedia in a rush at the airport and when I arrived it turned out I book it for October. The staff were wonderful and accommodated me as they could see I was in stressed safe. I then had to extend my stay as the airport was closed another day, I changed my room to a suite and the suite was incredible, totally amazing and was glad I got to experience it The staff made my stay so compassionate and understanding.
