We had a family room which consisted of a large king size and a pair of bunk beds around the corner. Shower and bathroom facilities were excellent and clean. 「This property was fantastic, excellent location overlooking the sea. Perfect for 4 couples as each bedroom has its own en-suite/bathroom. Welcome basket of bread, jam, tea, coffee, butter and milk was nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you」

「Lovely, clean property in a great location. Everything as expected and house nice and warm. Only note, instructions say the key is at the back of the house where the parking is but the parking and the key holder is clearly at the front of the house - not sure how a simple instruction like this can be wrongly noted. Other than this, everything great and would recommend property.」

「Perfect location and great property giving easy access to the town and beaches. The views from the lounge are lovely. Our party consisted of 3 adults, 2 children and 2 labradors and the property served us well! Plenty of room. We appreciated the call from Dawn the day before to introduce herself and to ensure we had her number in case we needed it - we didn’t!」

「This is a lovely cottage that is very well appointed. There is everything you may need in the kitchen, making it very easy to self cater. You can see Lindisfarne Castle from the back windows! Super location. This was our 3rd visit and we will return」

「Fabulous cottage in a quiet setting. Airy and light & welcoming. Nice big dining kitchen with (more than!) everything we needed. View from sitting room over the hills was lovely. A great position to trek out from - so near to Cragside National Trust, which is a must! We also visited Wallington & Gibside NT & Holy Island. Thankyou for entrusting us with your home from home - we will definitely be back to explore more of this beautiful area.」

「Really enjoyed our stay, the property was spotlessly clean on arrival. The only downside was the location of hot tub - guests from other properties were constantly walking right past the tub in order to get to the other side of the lake. A privacy screen would make a huge difference.」

「The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable.
