Everything was managed smoothly throughout with fab communication from Karin who arranged transfers and safari days for us (and was very patient with assorted queries!) before we even arrived. All the team we met were fantastically welcoming...to name a few, Wicky (excellent driving and conversation),...

However for a long stay such as ours the chalet was much more comfortable. Thanks to Henry for recognition and upgrading us without prompting. Breakfast was fantastics. ...
