Couldnt ask for a better location and house. Very clean and well done up. In a perfect location and the home itself was 5 stars!!! Well done to the owners of this placeSadly we had issues with the external property management as this property is managed by Swansons apartments. Despite paying and informing them that we had 7 adults over the phone on booking the accommodation, on the day of arrival they said they only had bedding for 5 and tried to charge even more. They advertise this apartment to accommodate 7 adults but only have 5 beds. Thankfully the owner was able to find 2 extra beds. They then called us the next day accusing us of taking a bird cage into the accommodation and tried to charge us for it. We asked for photo/video evidence, and they sent us a picture of us carrying in our coffee machine. Admittedly they did apologize however we felt they were watching our every move through their security cameras.
