The property was as listed, clean, and in a quiet neghborhood not too far from the CBD. We enjoyed our stay in Adelaide - a hidden gem in Australia. Recommended for a family vacation.

House was very well appointed, everything we needed and more. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms were large. Loved the court yard great for an afternoon G&T after a day of sight seeing. Handy having the garage to park off the street.

The house was clean and perfectly set up with linens and bathroom amenities. Location is fantastic, with close proximity to the local pub and Melbourne St and public transport. Definitely worth a rebook when next in Adelaide. Unfortunately I can’t give the full five stars as there were a few small maintenance niggles (broken towel hooks, loose tap fixtures and a smelly drain) but overall this is a great place to stay.

Great residential area north of the CBD. Great local pub( The Kentish) nearby. Walk to CBD was longer than advertised.Made for a nice stay in Adelaide.

Comfortable property for 2 families in a good quiet location.

Spacious property with good security.Although some issues were promptly addressed, disappointing lack of attention in property preparation, considering the rental cost, eg: flat batteries for remote controls for garage roller door and TVs, empty BBQ gas bottles, courtyards not cleaned properly, to name a few.

The property was as listed. It was located in a nice residential area with a nice pub nearby. We were conveniently about a 5 minute walk away from public transport. The washer could use an upgrade as you could only was a very small load before it went out of balance. Otherwise the property was great and we would stay again.

Great House in a Great Location

The Terrace is a great house in a great location. The house is very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and we really valued the study for doing some work whilst away. The house is walking distance to Melbourne and O'Connell streets, there is a great little pub around the corner and also beautiful parklands with horses which our young girls loved. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back and stay again. Check in and check out was seamless. Thank you.

Terrace house

Our family of 4 plus in-laws had a lovely stay at this property in North Adelaide. The house was nicely renovated and spacious for a terrace house. There were two living spaces and TVs, and a separate study so we were able to use this for our infant in her portacot. Great facilities and the laneway access with back garage a bonus. Great location to Adelaide and walking distance to nice shops and cafes.

Beautiful House

We loved staying at this North Adelaide property. It was spacious, clean and the location was fantastic. The house is just as described and better and includes quality linen, toiletries and the essentials in the kitchen. It is a nice quiet area but still close to the city and to O'Connell St. We will definately stay again.

Easy access to city, shops, Zoo, pubs and cricket ground. Secure offsite parking. Office separate to living area that you can set up and work from without disruptions from family. If you like a run, ride or a walk easy access to picturesque river tracks that stretch from the hills to the city.
