Beds were so comfortable and staff were amazing. The shower water pressure was terrific. The unit was spotless. Would have liked the tree stumps to be removed from the parking zone but on the whole can highly recommend this venue.

At least the room was clean and bed comfortable. The smell of stale cigarette smoke was overpowering, the crack in wall huge. It’s old and worn out. Traffic noise bad but obviously not the fault of motel. Long term residents are a bit disconcerting. Won’t be back.

The location lends itself to a large amount of road noise and the trucks going through all night are incredibly loud and disruptive. The overall condition of the rooms was very dated and tired and well in need of an update. In terms of the physical location The property is well located at the gateway to Adelaide.

Comfy bed but facilities were minimal and dated. Friendly staff. In a good position for public transport into town. Convenient for our stay while visiting our son .

The staff were such nice people and I really hate to write an awful review as it is a family business. The place needs a lot of work done to it to make it a nice place to stay.

The photos shown on wotif were NOTHING like the room I got given. Based on the pics I chose this one over Jackson’s down the road which was $18 cheaper.- mistake. On opening up the room it stunk of cigarettes as well.

Very old, 1 star if lucky. Dirty, loud and disappointing. Beyond simple and rundown and broke. Spa dint work when spa motor kicked in, large chunks of mixed human body waste spatt out continually till the motor finally gave up 2 mins later

The main room is spacious and has the basics (kitchen bench, kitchen table, dishes and utensils, chairs, TV and WI-FI). The bathroom was small. The shower was small. The only sink is in the bathroom. It is so tiny that washing dishes with it is difficult. I loved the art. Clean and tidy. The car park is not flat; this made it a bit difficult to park the car.

What was good…Surprisingly didn’t hear the traffic on the highway through the night. Price was very reasonable. What was bad…Only surface cleaned; smell of cigarette smoke in room, also in the kettle (maybe it had been used as an ash tray), there was a used syringe on top of cabinet in bathroom, inside the cabinet was disgusting. I suggest removing the cabinets and put a mirror on the wall instead. Room inspector needs to look everywhere and smell.

There was not much to like unfortunately, the management where nice and tried to help, but it does not state in the advert that they are a motel that take in permanent residents that are essentially homeless drug takers, it also states that there is regular housekeeping, which is true if you ask for it, we were there for 5 nights, and had to ask for fresh towels, and for them to make up the room, they did not empty the bin in the room, we had to, and the one and only time they did make up our room after having to ask for it, on return after a day out the room stank of cigarette smoke as if the cleaners were smoking in the room was disgusting, the place is very very noisy, there was a lot of cigarette smokers booked in and they would stand outside any room and smoke, which made the place stink of cigarette smoke, and being nonsmokers was not pleasant at all, on our last night there, there was a very weird gentleman in the room next to us whom obviously had mental health issues, and kept us awake with banging and talking to himself etc, until the wee hours of the morning, which meant we were not refresh as we should of been for our drive back to WA, unfortunately you get what you pay for with this one, will not be staying here again. Find somewhere else....
