「Excellent location. Right in the centre of the CBD area. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful too.
Cleanliness needs some improvement tho. We had large bugs in the bathroom for two consecutive nights (not sure what kind of bug it is and where they came from). The washer and dryer had lots of dust and needed housekeeping to clean; the carpet looked and felt dirty, and they forgot to take out the trash during one of the housekeeping days.」
