「We were very happy with the listing. Exactly as it shows and easy to find. A great spot for us as we attended graduation at the Naval Academy. Plenty of places to eat close by. We had the best crab cakes at Pappas! Parking was right outside the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent. Absolutely recommend this little gem.」

「Nick was the most attentive host anyone could ever ask for. The property was clean and stocked with any supplies you could ever need. Ubers and Lyfts were the best options for transportation to and from White House, Capitol, museums, etc. tip: make sure to read the Welcome white notebook when you arrive, lots of valuable information.A wonderful trip! 「Our Washington experience was enriched by staying in a residential neighborhood that dates to the 1800s The neighbors were friendly. The house had been redone in the last couple of years, with new bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, flooring, very clean. We could walk to the Safeway, trolley stop, nearby restaurant. Most of the time there were five of us, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for drinks and snacks. 」

「We came with young children and the house was well appointed with everything we needed as a large group. 「This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. 「Nice house in a vibrant neighborhood. Very close to the national mall. NoMa metro station was a 30 min walk, not bad in the mornings. Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. 「Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! 」

"We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter"
