“Great location! Close to restaurants and shops. Close to transportation, ferries, Havaist airport bus, metro, and local busses. On quiet street. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only improvement would be to bolt down the room safe.”

Kahvaltının saat 12'ye kadar sürmesi ve çeşitliliğini çok sevdik. Banyoda kullanılan ürünlerin kalitesinden de ayrıca memnun kaldık. Bizi resepsiyonda karşılayan otel çalışanından restorandaki çalışanlara kadar herkes çok……

“I stayed with my sister for 2 weeks at the aspera hotel and it was amazing ! From getting checked in staff were super helpful and really welcoming . Throughout the time we met such lovely staff and one staff member in particular was called soayb was the most amazing staff member and so lovely to talk to . I also made use of the spa facilities and they were amazing !!Also every staff member in the restaurant was super welcoming and friendly and the aspera is in the perfect location with the metro……

“Çok temiz olduğu söylenemez, güya tek kullanımlık oda terlikleri yırtık poşette ve siyah lekeler vardı, gece giriş yaptık resepsiyon nerede çıktınız bu saatte der gibi davrandı, iki gece konaklama yapmamıza rağmen temizlik yapılmadı, kahvaltı olup olmadığı sorduğumda ücretli deyip işin içinden çıktı içeriği ve fiyatı ile ilgili bilgi vermedi. Odaları çok küçüktü.”

“Check in was a bit challenging as they weren't responding to messages so we waited outside in the heat until another guest let us in. Reception & breakfast is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). We booked a room titled "City View" but it was a view of a laneway & an old run down building. Room was very small. We had no hot water for the first night and also the next morning (showering was unpleasant, freezing cold). The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep & it stopped working on the……
