“John was kind enough to bring me a fan so temperature was cool at night. I saw many of the rooms that I would have preferred over mine. Great location for doing lots of exploration and very quiet, which I appreciated. I did not care for the basement kitchen area but I used it anyway. I booked through Expedia and found their cost high.”

“The independent check in and out was nice. If you have questions, you text or call the hotel line. Family suite was clean, modern and it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room. The lobby was stocked with anything else that was needed, more towels, coffee, silverware, plates, etc. What lacked was extra blankets, the remote did not work and (there were no extra batteries) there was no map to show us where the pool was. The pool chairs have been updated, but no umbrellas and the pool itself is……

“Our first impression of the hotel was relatively positive. We travel a lot in Europe and liked the style and vibe of the hotel which remind us a lot of the towns in the Alps. However, the property is really outdated and needs a gut renovation, although the location is good. Specific reasons we give a poor rating: 1. The shower is terrible. It is impossible to control the temperature. It was either burning hot or freezing cold. 2. We asked the front desk to borrow an umbrella because it was……
