“The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.”

“The place was far from luxury as stated in the listing. On arrival the place was dusty and had smelt. The fridge had a rotten fish smell coming from it. It really stank. I requested the host to clean it but said I was the first person to state this and did nothing about itThe AC in the main bedroom is broken and had no remote control.
