This is the perfect location for golfing, sailing, fishing, tennis, horseback riding, and more! Our rental is located just a stroll away from the beach, so you can make the most of your Mediterranean holiday.
There is 1 BEDROOM in this 28m2 maison which features a Double bed. You'll find a Double Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/single bed or €16/double bed. Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.
Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit/week.
After a day of lounging at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Step out onto the terrace and take a breath of fresh air.
Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a fridge, a hotplate, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Samaria Village - Hacienda Beach, where our property is conveniently located. We've got you covered with free parking on-site (subject to availability). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for €50 to €80. A cleaning kit can be rented for €3.90/kit.
LOCAL FAVOURITES
Take the kids to Aqualand for some fun in the water - it's just a 6-minute drive away! For a bit of culture, visit the Ephèbe Museum, 8 minutes from the residence by car. A 1-minute drive or a 5-minute walk will take you to Restaurant Les Roches Marines, a lovely restaurant on the beach.
