Restaurants are in walking distance. Wineries are close by. There is no parking at the hotel but only a few steps away at the upper street. Excellent and beautiful spot to stay! 」

「Très bon séjour, petit déjeuner excellent (sauf machine à jus d'orange d'un uatre temps à changer immédiatement car éclabousse partout....), magnifique piscine, grandes chambres avec jacuzzi privatif). Personnel en général assez sympathique avec mention spéciale à la jeune fille de l'accueil (26 ans), très serviable et très avenante. Un grand bonheur de tomber sur des personnes de cette qualité. Encore un grand merci Mademoiselle, vous aimez les gens et cela se ressent, vous êtes vraiment faite...

「My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it.」

「Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. 「The Magda Hotel was absolutely perfect. Our rooms were massive and really nice. All the staff were extremely kind, polite and helpful. The hotel was also located right next some shops, car hire facilities and nice restaurants. The best thing of all was that we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes! 」

「Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. 」

An absolutely beautiful pool and gorgeous views of the mountains, and a private little balcony on our room. Friendly cats visit during dinner (they go away if told). A brilliant experience.」
