This hotel is in a quiet location but it could use some improvements like slippers for walking and cleaner room and linens in the room. It’s very close to the Taj Mahal. In this area there weren’t that many hotels options.

Great hotel in a less than perfect environment. The staff were fantastic and the food extremely good in both the buffet & à la carte restaurant. Not far from the Taj Mahal, you can’t let the neighbourhood deter you. They’ve done a great job of making the hotel welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Das Hotel sah auf den Bildern sowie den Bewertungen laut Internet super aus, als wir angekommen sind und das Zimmer betreten haben waren wir schockiert. Alles super dreckig, abgenutzt und auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir mussten das Zimmer daraufhin wechseln, leider war das zweite Zimmer auch nicht viel besser. Wir waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht, die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit aber das Hotel würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen.

We had a little mishap at the beginning by our toilet flush didnt work and then the staff forgot to close our door after their attempt to fix the flush. Thank God for the manager Ms. Chetali Kapoor for helping us handling the situation. We left Hilton Agra with good memories
