“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs……

“Terrace dinning - too much Miskitos. ”

“位置绝佳，出门步行200米就到了泰姬陵。酒店小小的，比较干净，早餐的种类少，顶楼的晚餐很不错，不过相对价格也比周边高很多，但是干净啊！酒店位置太好了，前台服务相对冷漠，懒散。”

“Fair”

“The F&B team was outstanding. We ate so much because they would bring out off menu dishes to try and they all were outstanding. The staff truly wanted us to enjoy the food. My kids love Indian food and the staff fed them happily. The best of Varanasi hospitality. The rooms are massive. Property is small but that’s to be expected when located on the ghats I suppose. The only tip is not using the gully in the back to go to Kashi Vishwanath - it was disgusting. Take the hotel boat if you don’t mind……

“Comfortable stay”

“This hotel is located quite close to a busy and central location (Hazratganj) - I was upgraded on arrival (as part of my package) and the room was well maintained and contemporary in design. I did feel the central airconditioning provided wasnt enough to have a proper circulation to cool the room enough and given the hot weather this aspect was a sub-par experience. Although the staff at the check in counter were courteous, the housekeeping personnel were very intrusive and took their own time……
