Paint peel off. Door could not be closed completely allowing cold air entering inside the room. Commode broken. Poor ambiance in room.

Hotel property not maintained
Hotel property is not properly maintained and therefore was not in good conditions as shown while making bookings. Moreover, I didn't got the room type which I booked.

No hot water, awkward service
Pros: Big bed, wifi workedmost of the time. A/C worked. Cons: No hot water whatsoever. One hotel worker (night manager?) came to the room 30 mins after we called for yogurt, asking what we wanted. Came back later with our request. My husband was in the doorway and the worker barged in, I was in bed, horrified. He said he needed us to give him a good trip advisor rating, right then, while he stood there. We told him we would need to look up the password to get him to leave. He also gave us a quote for a car the next day that was 3x as much as we found online, and he requested an advance when we told him no thanks.

Excellent place to stay
We had a great experience staying at the hotel..stayed there for 2 days and 1 nights. Rooms are excellent. The service offered by the staff is awesome. Highly recommended for every tourist and traveller. Cheers!
