“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs……

“I had a very pleasant day in this hotel the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. I used the pool, which was clean. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The staff were helpful. The main problems are maintenance and cleanliness. The carpets were filthy and need to be dry cleaned.”

“The price was the lowest price I could find. On arrival the hotel occupancy was high and gave me room just beside the noisy cargo lift. After complain they gave me a better one. Wedding ceremonies and low price contributed to its high occupancy. Breakfast was quite good vegetarian. ”

“The room is comfortable and clean but a little old. Breakfast is great and taste good. Location is good and Uber driver all know this 5 star hotel. The pool has music activity every day and till 10:00pm. So it is not suitable to have conference call in hotel and music is a little louder to do job in business. If you just go for fun, it's really a best choice hotel.”
