Perfect location to Ram Mandir and airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, perfect for vegetarian’s. I would recommend Radisson and will come back.

The hotel is clean and the amenities is very acceptable. The problem lies with the staff mostly. Below is a list of my experiences that was not nice. (1)2 towels for 4 persons- reported it, it took over 8 hours to be resolve. (2) Continuous power outages (3) I booked 5 rooms, but the staff told me 4. (4) This is a disco, not a hotel. (5) The Internet is not working. (6)Not enough of pillows,sheets. [1/21, 9:05 PM] Mahadeo Ramroop: Breakfast started from 7.22 am rather than 700 am. [1/21, 9:47 PM] Mahadeo Ramroop: In a complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for orange juice.

The washroom was very stinky and not cleaned properly, it was smelling very bad, even I could smell closing the door, when sleeping closer towards the washing, requires thorough cleaning

Room was ok and staff were friendly. Amenities was typical. What made it bad was the dirt in the room wooden floor that I noticed at first when I split water and wiped it with a towel. I checked in, went around and came back by late night only to realize the bathroom smelt like there was sewerage/drainage. I reported it and housekeeping person came who also agreed with me about the smell. He cleaned up the bathroom and sprayed room spray. The odor was better but I was wondering how long it would last. I’m so glad it was one night stay and I checked out the next morning. The front lounge is pretty small. Building is small too. No good eating places nearby except street side food or low quality restaurants. Didn’t use the hotel restaurant but ordered room service for tea and it was pretty good!!

The stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous. One thing that I saw was that the restaurant staff are too stiff in accommodating small request like pack a few parathas etc. they wanted to charge extra money for that, while a similar request at a Taj Lucknow restaurant got a totally different treatment. The restaurant manager personally got two separate packs of parathas and pickle packed for us, given that we were visiting from abroad and were vary of eating at smaller restaurants. These small thinks wins customer loyalty.
