Had an incredible stay at the property. Everything about the hotel was top notch. A big shoutout to the duty manager Saransh soni who found out it was our daughter’s 11th birthday and made an effort to get the room decorated and even sent a card and a cake to the room at night. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. If you want a 5 star stay at a five star property, I would Highly recommend Taj Agra.

Lovely, full-service, hotel. Service was the standout--definite vibe of caring for guests though occasionally over the top in repeated questions about our satisfaction. Room was nice, spacious, well appointed, with modern amenties. Restaurant buffet was robust and beautiful (cruise boat equivalent) appropriate for kids and most adult travelers but not high-end in case anyone is expecting that. Desserts were more miss then hit for some reason. Appreciated great concierge support, including Wilson for travel. Pool and pool bar were enjoyable. Gym was fine. Lovely stay. Great service.
