Great location, friendly hosts, and "Gaga" the Pug

We stayed in this place because it was very close to Valley of the Temples (11 minutes away) which we visited prior to checking in. The GPS led us to a building but, come to find out, it wasn't the right building and we needed to come down quite a few more steps to get to the front door. It would be great if the hosts could send their guest maybe snapshots of how to go to get to the front of the building to avoid confusion. However, the host finally found us and walked us to the entrance. Both hosts were very friendly and helpful and pointed out places of interest to see, a grocery store, and recommended a restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We left our 2 dogs with a pet sitter back in Germany and were happy to be greeted by the 2 pugs (one which is super friendly and took to my 8-year old son, much to his delight!). Her name is "Gaga" and you will not soon forget her!!! She is a firecracker! The bathroom was roomy and spacious and met our needs. The location is wonderful and right in the heart of Agrigento. There is also a small market in front of the B&B. I would recommend the place to anyone except if you are possibly allergic to dogs or cats.

We had great fun staying here. Luca and Peppino were delightful hosts. Our only issue was the boom of music from the deli on the main street but why a deli needs music god knows. And the ' underground pub' further along. But we're too old for clubbing! Quirky and characterful apartment.

BB Piccolo Gellia is what is best in Agrigento

My stay at BB Piccolo Gellia was one of the best moments during the whole stay in Sicily. Hosts are simply amazing, chatting in the morning during breakfast I got to know more about Agrigento, than any guide could provide. This will be my mandatory point to return to - hopefully sooner than later!

L'accueil est très chaleureux et le b &b très bien situé dans la rue principale. Les proprietaires sont charmants et disponibles .La présence de chats et de leur odeur d'urine nous a incommodee à l arrivée .les fenêtres étant d époque, prévoir des bouchons d oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger.

Style et classe. Patrimoine mondial.

Nous avons ete accueilli par Peppino. Adorable. La maison , que nous avions pour nous seuls est magnifique. Decoree et meublee avec classe. Peppino nous a dit de faire comme chez nous. Il y a une yabletge feliee a une imprimamte a disposition et un telephone aussi. Tout est tres beau, dela vaisselle aux plantes. On est au coeur d Agrigente , petite ville tres sympa et vraiment jolie. Tres animee en fin d apres midi.Seule remarque il faisait tres froid ds la maison.Il faut aussi bien penser a garer sa voiture sur l axe principal en bas et monter a pied. Je recommande a tous vivement ce B and B et cette ville.

Like Home :)

Staying in Piccolo Gellia B&B was amazing! The hosts were really, really kind, relaxed, and super helpful. Since there were no other guests at that time, they "upgraded" our room for free and even let us check out whenever we wanted. plus they gave us a little traveling guide of Agrigento! The place looks really nice and cozy, and even if we stayed there only for a night we immediately felt like at home. 10/10! I strongly recommend this place!

Trevligt B&B i hjärtat av Agrigento. Frukosten är självbetjäning; man tar av det som finns på bordet och i kylskåpet. Kaffe gör man i en kapselmaskin. Hjälpsam personal, som dock bara finns på plats vid vissa tider. Fin balkong och ganska lugn miljö trots läget vid Agrigentos huvudgata.

En toute confiance, comme à la maison !

Très agréable séjour dans ce B&B à l'environnement exceptionnel : beaucoup de plantes, des objets originaux, des éclairages d'ambiance ... mais aussi des tortues, des poissons dans des aquariums, un chat adorable et, par dessus tout, des propriétaires très attentifs à nos besoins, avec qui l'on peut partager de vrais moments de discussions sur tous les sujets, ce qui est rare ! Voyager, c'est tellement mieux quand on peut aussi partager des idées ! La situation est idéale, en plein cœur d'Agrigente. La voiture peut être garée près de la gare gratuitement, à environ mètres de l'hôtel. Un excellent restaurant, tout près de l'hôtel (moins de 100 m) propose des menus très très accessibles. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et propres ainsi que la salle de bain, mais peu lumineuses. Le petit déjeuner est compris, en libre service : tout est prêt, mais l'on se sert, comme à la maison, et l'on prend plusieurs délicieux cafés si l'on veut. Les propriétaires nous font totalement confiance !

We travel a lot and this is the first time I take the time to write a review. The service was good , breakfast was good, but hotel location is difficult to find and so is parking. SSaying that I can forgive it all But the noise level created by the owners at 23:00 hours. Traveling with kids we were exhausted and it was loud. The room was also cold.

Situated in the old town in Agrigento. Parking reqired a little patience but tratoria close by was cheap and good. 10 minutes drive to historic Templi site.

Luca était adorable et accueillant. Très serviable. L'endroit est peu lumineux et un peu enclavé dans le vieux centre ville mais est directement situé sur la rue la plus intéressante. chambre très simple mais suffisant pour un court séjour.

Might be lovely if anyone let you in.

I would love to review this bed and breakfast, but despite our reservation it was closed when we arrived to check in and no one answered the phone, it was still closed and locked up when we returned at 8pm. We were forced to find alternative accommodation. I would warn anyone with a hire car that access by car is difficult and you need to be confident in very steep extremely narrow streets, you will almost certainly need to use GPS to find it, and parking in the old part of Agricento is almost non existent.
