Special place, private with beautiful pool

Giovanni and his wife offer a special beautiful place spotlessly clean with a private univerllooked pool.giovanni and his wife welcomed us to the property and gave great assistance with directions. The property is spotless and offers everything you need for a piecful stay , raffadali is a short drive to get groceries, has a great delay for gelato, market every Wednesday, great location to explore places like agregento and valley of the temples. Giovanni keeps you happy and ensures the pool and garden is maintained, we had a great stay

Nice comfortable villa with an excellent pool and outside space

Nice property with everything you need for a holiday. The bed was super comfortable. The outside space is the best thing about this villa. The pool is lovely. The poolside furniture makes it the ideal space to relax either in the sun or shade. The outside eating spaces are also great as it's the kind of place you'll want to spend most of the time outside.

Best place in Sicile

One of the best house ever ! The house is fully identical to the add, very clean and suitable for a family with 3 chlidren. The swimming pool is a fantastic, and you have all the facilities in the surroundings. The owner Giovanni is perfect : available, ready to help and very smily! Definitely a place to stay.

Amazing experience!

We will forever remember this beautiful Villa and our wonderful hosts. Everything was like a dream come true. We felt like we had stepped back in time in some ways and were immersed in true Sicilian heritage. We were readily accepted by everyone in this beautiful and quaint town with immaculate places to eat and shop. We hope we can visit again! we truly recommend Villa Gardenia and Giovanni and Felicia!

Wonderful stay at the Villa Gardenia

Just returned from a great relaxing holiday at the Villa Gardenia. The host, Giovanni and his family are the nicest people you would wish to meet. He lives about a 7 minute drive away in the local town, so is easily contactable if you have any issues or questions, but otherwise gives you peace and privacy. We can recommend his cooking, so you can arrange for him to come to the villa and prepare a typical Sicilian meal for you. Everything about the villa is clean and tidy, and there are well maintained gardens. Giovanni makes sure that the pool is cleaned every couple of days. Thanks to Giovanni and his family for making our stay so memorable - we are looking forward to returning next year! Grazie Giovanni e famiglia, siete stati incredibili! Tutte le domande risposte quasi immediatamente e la vostra simpatia e ospitalità sono eccezzionali. La villa è una meraviglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo - sicuramente ritorneremo!

La maison est agréable, très propre et correspond à la description. La piscine est grande et agréable.Giovanni s'est montré très attentionné et a fait en sorte que le séjour se passe bien.Nous avons passé 12 jours très agréable en Sicile. L'endroit est très calme mais un peu isolé et nécessite d utiliser pas mal la voiture pour les différentes activités.

Schöne Woche bei sehr netten Gastgebern

Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei Ankunft, alles sehr sauber. Pool super, wird von Giovanni regelmäßig gepflegt, Außenbereich schön mit Außendusche. WLAN top. Küche toll ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für das Gemüse und Obst und die guten Tipps von Giovanni und Francesco, dem Nachbarn in der Nähe. Bis Supermarkt/Einkauf ca. 8-10 Minuten, bis Strand ca. 25-35 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Une villa magnifique et un accueil chaleureux

Nous tenons à remercier Giovanni et Felicia pour leur accueil très chaleureux ! La villa correspond en tous points à la description et aux photos : elle est confortable, agréable à vivre dans un lieu calme et reposant. Encore plus enchantés que la 1ère fois

Un accueil très chaleureux de Felicia et Giovanni, une très belle maison, propre, lumineuse, fonctionnelle. Nos hôtes sont généreux tant dans leur disponibilité que les plats préparés . Ils sont bienveillants et nous sommes chez eux comme à la maison. Nous avions rencontré de belles personnes il y a 3 ans lors de notre première visite. Aujourd'hui, ce sont des amis que nous reverrons très prochainement. MERCI

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und zum Entspannen!

Sehr sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Landhaus. Pool einfach Traumhaft und lädt zum Baden unter freiem Sternenhimmel ein. Da der nächste "Nachbar" mehrere Hundert Meter entfernt liegt, braucht man keinerlei Rücksicht auf andere Personen nehmen, somit kann man den Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe und/oder mit lauter Musik verbringen. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind die Herzlichkeit und das Engagement der Gastgeber Felicia & Giovanni!!! An dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub!! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wonderful Days!

We spent wonderful days in Rafadali in this residence which is exactly as described. The pool was just excellent and intensively maintained. All you need is there and Giovanni was a wonderful host! Always again!

La maison est très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est super. Le coin est très calme mais pratique pour visiter la région. Giovanni et Felicia sont adorables et toujours disponibles pour aider et conseiller. Nous recommandons cette location.

Vacanza rilassante tra le colline vicino ad Agrigento

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è situata tra i bassi monti vicino ad Agrigento e al paese di Raffadali, dista circa 20/25 km dal mare ma è immersa in mezzo alla natura, alla pace e tranquillità ed è quindi perfetta per chi vuole fare una vacanza di relax e riposo. La casa è attrezzata con tutto (pentole, lavatrice, giochi per bambini, etc.), ben tenuta e pulita come anche il giardino e la piscina. Quest'ultima è grande, bella, curata e con sdrai e ombrellone. Giovanni, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo nel darci indicazioni sui luoghi circostanti e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa di cui avessimo bisogno. Infine, anche se a volte le strade per raggiungere la casa non sono in ottime condizioni, consigliamo assolutamente di soggiornare in questo posto meraviglioso.

Superbe séjour de par la maison, l emplacement et la gentillesse du propriétaire

Tout a été positif du début à la fin. Les lieux sont superbes, la maison offre tout le nécessaire et même plus ( piscine parfaite, cuisine très bien équipée, linges de maison à disposition, cabane pour enfants, balancelle, jeu de fléchettes,... ) sans parler de la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Giovanni (le propriétaire) qui est très attentif aux besoins de ses locataires quel que soit le moment. PS: Merci pour tout à Giovanni et notamment pour la soiree où nous avons profité de tes talents culinaires en toute simplicité. Nous avons découvert une région magnifique et rencontré une personne généreuse. Merci encore!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la villa GARDENIA; mais quel plaisir de rencontrer Giovanni et Félicia, des gens d'une sympathie et d'une correction incroyables. Nous ne vous parlerons pas de l'accueil avec de l'eau, de la bière, du coca et...du limoncello. La maison est très pratique, tout est au même niveau et donc absolument pas fatigante. La propriété est clôturée et nous nous sentions en absolue sécurité. La piscine est légèrement surélevée et d'une utilisation très agréable. A cette époque de l'année l'eau était délicieuse.. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la literie d'excellente qualité. La région quoique moins touristique que l'est de la Sicile, est super- intéressante et très jolie...des paysages à couper le souffle.(Vallée des temples, scala des turcs, les plages....) Et j'oublie de vous parler des excellents plats siciliens que Giovanni peut préparer!!! En tout cas je souhaite à tous de pouvoir fréquenter la maison et même d'y retourner. Bravo à vous deux et toute notre amitié. Fabienne et Yves
