Family home in the UNESCO Valley of the Temples

This late 18th-century residence is located within the Valley of the Temples Archaeological and Landscape Park in Agrigento, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the terrace and various vantage points on the property, you'll be able to admire the temples and the valley’s landscape, set amid countryside and olive groves.



The house accommodates up to 8 guests and the family completely restored it in 1998 themselves, using traditional local materials: handmade terracotta flooring, roof tiles and downspouts, as well as antique ceramic inlays recovered during the restoration work. The spaces are designed to accommodate even extended stays.



From the house, you can follow the trails through the Valley of the Temples, winding through the archaeological landscape and the olive groves of the surrounding Agrigento countryside. Nearby are Agrigento and numerous cultural, natural and seaside destinations in the area, all just a few kilometres away. The location makes the house a convenient starting point for exploring this part of Sicily.
