Costa Paraíso Beach House

Costa Paraiso is an oceanfront paradise located in the town of Aguada. The sand, ocean and wonderful tropical breeze makes you feel relaxed and blessed on Caribbean seas.
This glamorous two-story residence accommodates 12 guests on the second level and 10 guests on the first-floor apartment. Costa Paraiso residence is located near beaches dedicated to water sports such as surfing, snorkeling, kayak, beach volleyball, swimming and fishing. The Table Rock, El Ucar, Pico de Piedra among others are the beaches where you can enjoy your favorite water sport.
Just minutes away from Costa Paraiso you will find local traditional and international restaurants, sports bars, pharmacies, convenience stores and bakeries. The boat ramp is located near a Casino just 20-30 minutes away from the residence. Costa Paraiso is also 5 minutes away from Aguada Downtown, 15 minutes away from Rincon and 20minutes from Aguadilla Rafael Hernandez Regional Airport and the beautiful town of Isabela.

Aunque la propiedad es bien espaciosa y tiene una buena localizacion con acceso a la playa, me decepciono que las fotos publicadas no reflejan el estado real actual de la casa. La casa requiere mucho mantenimiento, los muebles esta bien deteriorados tantos los del interior como el exterior de casa, varias cosas dañadas, etc. Me parece que para el costo que estan cobrando deberian invertir en actualizar los muebles y equipos, arreglar la piscina, y tener una mejor limpieza!! Las toalles esta horribles!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights. 8 adults- 8 kids 2-16 yrs old. The view from the property is amazing. The property was awesome, and the house had everything we needed for a great experience. The only negative was the upper refrigerator was not working properly but there is an additional fridge downstairs so it did not hamper our stay. The house has 2 separate living spaces, bedrooms were separate enough and had a code lock for privacy if needed. The table fit all 16 of us so we enjoyed several evenings in. The pool was well maintained and the kids enjoyed that the most. The yard has enough space to just chill around the bbq, and in the garage space there is a pool table and ping pong table that allowed the older kids something additional to do. There is a grass area out the back gate area where the kids played away from the pool- and the beach was down the deck from there. The property is close enough to other beaches especially Crash Beach and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and Calvin was a great host! Thank you for letting us create wonderful memories.

The location was great! The house was nice. Worked great for our group of 9. We had 3 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of room. Kids loved the pool. The bbq was nice to grill on. Quiet area, watched surfers on the large surf days. Surf lessons are conducted just a house down the beach if you want to get a lesson on a low surf day. We were unable to fit one in, but loved the option and that we could have had everyone watch from the house. House was clean, each bedroom had a bathroom upstairs which was nice. The apartment downstairs has one bathroom. The town is not super tourist destination which was nice, it was quieter it seemed. We liked being a little off the main tourist areas. Calvin was very responsive when we had a couple of questions/issues come up. Overall would recommend coming back! Was a great place, thanks for sharing!

We chose this house based on the pictures posted of the house, beach and the location on the west coast, and everything we experienced met our expectations. This house met our needs for our family of 10 adults and 3 children. The rooms are large, the kitchen and common area are very large and the view is incredible. The pool was an added bonus and the beach only steps away. My only issue was the hot water was hit or miss. I can understand using solar to heat the water but for the size of the of the house and the price I would have expected a backup hot water source. The Kitchen could use some basic items, such as hot pads, casserole/cake pans and measuring cups. Calvin was quick to respond to my questions and sent a maintenance man out who agreed there was an issue with the hot water supply. Overall we had a wonderful time, with our temps at home of zero and 82 in Aguada, we could easily overlook any issues that came up. I could easily come back to this house.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The location is amazing…private and quiet, yet close enough to restaurants and grocery for anything needed. We made meals at the home everyday for our family of 12 and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with no need to share bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and the ping pong table! We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

PROsLooks exactly like the photos. It really is right on the ocean, has a big yard, nice pool & patio. Beds, bedrooms, & bathrooms are all numbered correctly. Layout is ideal for a big group. Kitchen & main area on one level. 4 of the bedrooms - each with a bathroom - are on an upper floor. Lower floor is setup like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen & living area. July family vacation

We stayed at the Coastal Paradise beach house the first week of July of the current year, and we had a great time. A very spacious home with plenty of room to roam around for a large family like ours, and only a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed listening to the waves crashing on the shore at night from our very comfortable beds. Our host, Calvin, was easy to reach and reacted promptly when we brought to his attention some uninvited critters in the house. He took immediate action to eradicate them and was very apologetic for the inconvenience as well.The overall aesthetic of the house was appealing and very beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, the furniture in the house and on the patio was in need of a deeper cleaning to remove spots and rust to ensure a spotless experience for all guests. Additionally, suggestions of updates the house could benefit from were provided to the host. Apart from that, our overall experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this house to those looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great house with plenty of space for all

Check in process was sent to us the day of, getting into the house was easy. Decent beach in the back yard. The outdoor shower was a big win for our group. A/C unit did okay, only had one that was leaking at nighttime but still did the job. Recommend staying here with your large group! Parking was more than enough for 6 large vehicles.

Friends and family spring break

Overall the house was a great place to spend a week. The location was great. It had a great beach out front that is almost all sand where the kids and adults had a great time boogie boarding in the large waves at the beginning of our stay. The last few days were calmer where we were able to snorkel in the reef to the west where we saw lots of different fish. There is no ac in the common area which wasn't a huge deal for me since most of the time there was a nice breeze the kitchen could've been a little bigger but overall the house and location was great. The pool was also a nice space to hang out for those that didn't want to go in the ocean and was cleaned mid week.

Best beach we could find

We loved this house but the beach made it so perfect!!! We tried a few other beaches and after a few minutes the kids all wanted to come back to our beach. It had the best big but gentle waves perfect for boogie boarding, and just splashing in the waves. Its a gorgeous sandy beach and not very busy. Its so great to be to just run back to the house to grab a drink or rinse off. Sunsets were amazing! We thought we would be hot all day but the gentle breeze off he ocean made sitting in the shade around the house perfect every day. The kitchen was big, with the essentials. We loved eating out back and had a few meals with the private chef (Sergio) recommended by the host and they were AMAZING! He was so friendly. There are plenty of beds and so much seating as well as a few comfy little nooks around the house to hang out. The pool was perfect but it got used less than expected with how great the ocean was even at night. We all loved the game room! 2 washers and driers was really nice too! The house was clean and well maintained. You can tell the salt water and humidity is hard on things but overall it was clean, pest free and comfy. Overall the home was even better than the photos portrayed!

Not Wheelchair accessible

We booked this place because it was suppose to be wheelchair accessible. Unless you want a week full of lifting a 54 year old in a wheelchair up flights of stairs do not book. The bottom level the entry door is wide enough to get a wheelchair in. Then plan on using the kitchen and living room area for a bathroom. The bathroom in the bottom floor is not wide enough to fit a chair. If it was the only way to make it into the bathroom is to remove the sink and then the toilet. The host had his handy man come by the house to see what could be done and the only solution he came up with was to do just that. Remove the sink and toilet. This floor has two bedrooms so I guess everyone else was suppose to go upstairs into someone else’s room to use the bathroom or shower. We had no choice but to make this work. We ended up lifting a paralyzed 230lb man into the front door with several steps. Then into the living room area which was many more steps to get to the kitchen area. Then go up two more sections of steps to get to the 4 private bedrooms. That is where we had to go each time he needed to shower or use the rest room for anything other than a number 1. Then it was back down the steps. When we arrived it was apparent that there was a huge outdoor party rental. Three large tents were still up with garbage overflowing outside. So day two was watching the tent rental company break down the tents and load them. Pretty place, not wheelchair accessible. Host is responsive.

Amazing beach house!

We stayed here for spring break with our family of 5 and another family of 4. There was plenty of room to spread out and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and the host found us a chef to come cook us a few meals during our stay. He was wonderful! The house is steps from the beach- it’s very walkable and had tide pools and lots of sea glass. The sunsets each night were incredible, our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t air conditioning in the kitchen, only in the bedrooms. So it got a little warm in the kitchen in the evenings. But we spent most of our time outside, so it wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Surpassed My Expectations

I booked this house well over a year ago. I wanted to treat my whole family with an unforgettable trip before my oldest grandson graduated high school. This week in puerto rico was indeed a vacation to remember! I have 2 children and their spouses and a daughter with her children. We also had a co-grandmother with us. All together, there were 17 of us for the week. The 8 older kids were able to stay in the lower set of rooms with their own kitchen. They loved having their own space! All of the adults and the youngest grandchild were in the main house. We had plenty of space to ourselves and an amazing space to be together as well. The pool area was a highlight each morning and evening, with a chance to explore so many different nearby beaches during the day. Taking walks on the beach looking for shells and seaglass was easy from the private steps. It was amazing to see the remnants of World war II turrets on the beach right near the house! We asked Calvin to recommend a chef while we were there and he recommended and amazing chef named Sergio. Having authentic local food made for us was an incredible experience! This was a dream of a lifetime and all of us wish we could stay longer! Thank you Calvin. The sunsets were beautiful. I will definitely recommend this house. Again and again!
