「Such a unique and beautiful place to stay! The location is a little hard to track down as you have to drive down a dirt road, but wasn’t too bad. The house itself was clean and had such an amazing view of the volcano. The kitchen and 2 of the bathrooms are not walled off entirely, so you do get geckos/ frogs that come join you occasionally, but we thought it was a fun adventure! You feel very connected to nature. AC and Wi-Fi worked great, and the host was very responsive to any inquiries we...

「Everything about her stay was very good The house is large, the patio is covered so you can sit outside in the daily rain, and there is even a separate building with an upstairs outdoor bedroom. 「Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es liegt an einem steilen Berg auf 1.200m Höhe, empfiehlt sich also zum Akklimatisieren zu Beginn oder auch wieder am Ende einer Tour durch Costa Rica. Die Anfahrt lässt sich auch ohne Allrad bewerkstelligen, ist aber etwas steil. Dafür entschädigt die Aussicht. Das Team das sich um das Haus kümmert ist auch sonst immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, großes Lob und Empfehlung!」

「We were immersed into the neighborhood or the local La fortuna residences and close to the town and tour activities. We stayed with our 2 daughters, 10 and 12, while there is no AC, it cools off enough in the evening to be perfectly comfortable. There is a small market near by for basics. The yard is beautifully kept and Zuelema is very communicative when gardeners came to work. There is a river near by that we got to meet some of the locals and play in the water away from the tourist areas....

「Sturdy and very clean home a little ways from downtown La Fortuna. Very quiet and well-maintained in a safe neighborhood monitored by security. It can be a little difficult to find but host’s directions were helpful. 」

「We spent 4 nights in the villa. We were a group of 9 people including 5 kids. While far out from all the activities we appreciated the piece and quiet of the surroundings. The villa is spacious and comfortable. They serve very tasty breakfasts and also optional diners. We took the diner every evening and really enjoyed the food.」
