「Magnifique cadre et hôtel d’excellent standing. Malheureusement le service était un peu lent au restaurant 」

「no bottled water, no refrigerator. no slipper, poor bed. I don't know how can it be a five star hotel」

「The Residence Tunis was the perfect hotel for our first trip to Tunisia. The property is in a very quiet and safe location, and provides a multitude of amenities. The staff was incredible, helping us with anything we needed, from taxis to currency exchange, and everything in between. As an American, I highly recommend you stay here if you're considering a visit to Tunisia. 」

「酒店位置不错，紧靠湖边，性价比在周边同等酒店中相对比较高！」

「位置最佳就在城中心主街上 但是酒店的总体水准就是国内商务酒店的感觉~ 早餐没啥特别好吃的~~~ 」

「Konum olarak çok güzel, lakin odaların artık yenilenmesi lazım, oda servisinin ise sabah 10'da odayı temizlemeye gelmesi dışında herşey çok güzeldi.」

「The reception lady always with a poker face and very arrogant. The room was not clean, especially the bed sheet was very dirty. The room service call can never been connected, nobody was answering the call. 」

「Clean, comfortable room in a quiet neighbourhood. Warm water in the shower. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Close to the casbah and Avenue Habib Bourgiba.」

「As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. And don't know why the toiletries only for one person but we book the room for two person. By the way you can have your breakfast in your room that is nice.」

「This property is a real gem. Easy walk down to the Medina but very quiet and out of the way. A bit tricky to find but the amazing staff met me out on the street and showed me in. All staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. I loved this property!」
