"This is absolutely one of the best appointed homes in which we have ever stayed. They have mastered a rental home experience that also feels like a hotel experience. Multiple robes in every room, personal care items provided, well-stocked kitchen, the hanging egg chairs on the master balcony, you name it. The setup of the home felt like there was meaningful attention to detail, which we appreciated. The view was also exceptional. Our family really loved the home and our experience. The only small feedback is that the heated pool could have been warmer (the pool guy said the default temp was 84 degrees and 88-90 may have been better as it was chilly in Sedona). The responsiveness of the property manager to any and all needs was indeed incredible as well. We truly cannot recommend this home enough."

"The place is nice and close to Sedona . The staff are a bit underwhelming and not very welcoming. Checking in and out was not what I would expect for the cost of staying. I would also not call this place a resort . It is a small family hotel in a resort town. "
