We loved our stay at this property. It is centrally located in the upper town area of Sedona where all the shops and restaurants are. It is a small motel so do not expect fancy rooms and features. But it served the purpose for our overnight stay in Sedona well. I would recommend it if you are looking for a simple place to stay for a night or two in Sedona.

It was in a great location and clean. Could have used some artwork. Nothing on the walls. Very plain. Although the Refrigerator and microwave were helpful there was no where to prep food for the refrigerator or microwave.

There was no staff so no interaction. The check in was easy. The location of the motel is excellent. We got a bigger room so it was very comfortable. Big TV! The mini fridge was also very useful for all the water we had! I think the Star Motel is a very good choice for the price. Everything was very clean.

The location was great directly in in the heart of Sedona. The parking was easy. 1 spot for each room directly in front. Easy in and out. No staff were ever seen. Everything is done through text but it worked out perfectly fine. They communicated everything clearly that we had zero problems. It’s a bit noisy since there are so lot of people nearby and cars speeding by. Small annoyance for the location. All the walls are concrete block so it’s a bit echoey. Shower pressure is amazing. Would stay here again for the location and ease in/out.

Best thing about Star Motel is its location to downtown Sedona. You walk out the door and restaurants, shops etc. are all in the vicinity. AC was very loud, I ended up shutting it down periodically so I could actually hear the TV. TV reception was spotty, cutting out regularly. Room was clean but little amenities to speak of.

This property is centrally located with dining, shopping and some adventure tour companies in easy walking distance. The check in process is super easy (no staff interaction required - just receive your door code online before arrival) and we literally parked within 10 feet of our door. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was outstanding. The unit was very clean. It is an older property meaning the bathroom is tight with limited space for my wife's many "products" but the space immediately outside the bathroom door was just fine for any needed overflow. This property is a great home base for an overnight stay before a day of adventuring. It was exactly what we needed and I would definitely stay here again.

It was old and run down, towels had holes in them. I found it noisy, it had patched up walls. Toilet sang every flush, cold water tap in bathroom did not give cold water. No office open, you texted someone. Positive, close to shops and buses. Would not be good for wheelchair access. I would not recommend.
