“We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also……

“Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status .”

“Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out.”

“La habitación sin aire acondicionado con un ventilador de pared en una sola zona y todas las zonas no exitia el aire teniendo placas solares en todo el hotel, éramos 4 personas donde pasamos mucho calor. No existe las toallas de piscina pagas 15 euros por toallas de depósito y cuando la regresa para el lavado 1 euros cuando pague por un todo incluido, me parece vergonzoso. La comida no es muy variada y calidad no era muy buena. Por otro lado, todo el personal del hotel son muy atentos y……

“We loved the pools and availability of the sun loungers all the time. The food was amazing and presented for every meal. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms clean. Bonus to have some UK tv channels. All inclusive package had good choices and liked that there were other cafes and bars included outside the hotel . Wil definitely recommend this to our friends and family.”

“Ottima posizione per visitare l'isola, comodo all'aeroporto, ad una bella spiaggia e a tanti locali ristorativi. Mini appartamenti puliti, personale cortese e professionale. Colazione: buon assortimento e qualità del cibo. Bella piscina, pulita con acqua un po' fredda. La struttura è adatta a famiglie. Unica vera pecca: gli aerei passano a bassa quota sopra la struttura (a noi non ha dato fastidio comunque).”

“L'hotel est partagé sur 2 sites coupés par le parking. La partie "adults only" n'est donc pas en bordure immédiate de la plage. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien... Sauf que notre chambre etait en bordure directe de la route (séparée par une simple paillasse verticale) et donc environnement bruyant (bus, voitures, motos, sans oublier les pietons). Sauf que les personnes logées dans les chambres situées derrière la notre devaient emprunter un chemin longeant notre terrasse et donc……

“Fantastic hotel at the edge of the resort. The staff were friendly and the food and drink excellent lots of choice and something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Animation team were great over over powering but suited all ages. Enjoyed the location with a shopping centre next door an a lovely walk into the centre of the resort along the coastal path takes around 15 minutes. Close to the airport taxi just 15 euros. Will……

“Incroyable séjour. L’hôtel Adults Only est formidable et calme. La piscine est bien chaude et il y a de la place sur les transats. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable ! Attention tout de même… en formule demi pension l’eau plate prise au buffet à volonté est finalement par surprise à payer à la fin du séjour.”

“La estancia ha sido perfecta, lo único que se podria mejorar es la comida. El buffet era muy justo, con poca variedad de comida y muy repetitiva. Por otra parte, al ir en media pensión se tenia que pagar la bebida, cosa lógica, pero no se incluia ni el agua del grifo. Todo un sinsentido, ya que por todo el hotel habia maquinas de agua refrigerada gratis, pero en el buffet no podias usarla. “We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception, who were always kind and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and there was a great variety to choose from. The snack bar also offered an excellent selection throughout the day.
