“This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. “Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen ist jedoch sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Das Personal im Restaurant sollte aufmerksamer sein. Das Geschirr war oft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Tische waren länger nicht eingedeckt obwohl die Gäste warteten. Bei der 2.Eindeckung am Abend gab es zB keine Stoffservietten mehr. Einmal habe ich beobachtet, dass unbenutztes Besteck für die nächsten Gäste wieder verwendet wurde.”

“Rundum eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es hat eher den Flair einer City Appartement Anlage, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage unweit des Hafens ist top. Das Parken auf einem großen Parkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite ist zu jeder Zeit kein Problem. Und sehr schön fand ich das Frühstück im Rooftop Restaurant mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Sitzpolster sollten allerdings mal gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden.

“La chambre était très propre, même si assez désuète. Il manque quelques petits équipements (bouilloire, café thé) et nous avons manqué de savon à la fin du séjour, non remplacé malgré nos demandes. Les produits de la restauration sont assez bas de gamme, mais cuisinés avec beaucoup de soin et il y a toujours plein de choix. l’emplacement est idéal. “It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. “Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby.
The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber.
The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable.
