The resort staff are very helpful and friendly to guest, however the front desk staff needs training on customer relations. I had a problem with the room safe not working and spoke to the front desk. They told me the bell boy will take care of it. The bell boy came and looked at the safe and determined the batteries are dead. He asked me to wait while he went for new batteries. After an hour wait he did not……
