My son and I needed an overnight stay in North Canton, and this hotel met our needs. The room was no-frills, and the breakfast options were limited, but they filled our bellies. The room was clean, parking was easy, and staff were kind.

The rooms are in mediocre shape. Bath tub is shower only (not suitable for a bath or for children who don’t shower. Hooks to place towels or clothes are poorly configured. What do you hang from a hook 8 inches above the toilet paper dispenser? Staff are not very friendly or helpful.

The facility is supposed to be smoke-free but the first room they tried to give us smelled like stale smoke. The room got switched out. There was some attitude about whether we wanted to go to a different hotel, but we travelled from out of country and it was almost 10pm. In the end we got a smoke-free room.

I paid for a suite, we got there he said we booked a handicap suite which I did not. We got into our room we had no outlets in the bathroom for a hairdryer or anything, It was a 1 room partially renovated. I asked the front desk about it and he wanted to argue with me and he wanted to come into our room and check which I refused him. There was only 1 mirror and it was in the bathroom. Not the stay I paid for.
