“We just returned from 9 days in Playa Del Carmen and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sal's place. The condo was even nicer than the photos as was the pool. The complex where the condo is has very nice security staff and all the residents we saw were all very friendly. Seems like a really nice community. “A perfect location if you don't want to be in the middle of the Tulum center. Amazing new house. It will only get better when the Condo will be finished. Even know it was already a pleasant location. The owner was extremely responsive and open for suggestions. Would reco to everyone.”

“Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. ”

“I beautiful clean property! Location is awesome, not extremely central, but close to all amenities and a five minute drive from the beach.
