“The hotel is convenient, clean and big room”

“When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel……

“The hotel is beautiful with stunning surroundings and overall I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and service was good. However, breakfast could be improved — there was no information on how to order items like eggs, or what drinks/coffee options were available, and staff didn’t ask if I had requests. It was also disappointing that no dining discount was offered for guests, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I also had to wait about 30–45 minutes for my room to be ready on……

“出差开会，会议地点定在阿布扎比国家会议中心ADNEC，酒店离ADNEC非常近，步行大概5分钟，建议前往参展人士选择该酒店。此外，酒店周边环境很安静，附近还有个家乐福超市，各种方便。酒店工作人员非常专业亲和，早餐丰盛，体验很好的酒店！下次来还住！”

“房間似閒置了很久，入住前又沒有再安排清潔一次..地下非常污穢，部份燈泡壞了又沒更換，正常枕頭及墊枕應該各有2個，但得一個正式枕頭及2個墊枕，留字叫房務清潔時給我一個及更換房內燈泡..完全沒做。及後打去reception叫取才送上，亦無hair dryer提供。窗簾看似就甩掉似的..都不敢用力拉埋。 但位置很好，check in/check out服務非常有禮貌。免費停車場出入很方便。”

“Excellent Customer service especially the parking staffs and the restaurant staffs. Nice view of my room , really relaxing and enjoyable in my stay .Breakfast have a lot of choices, even l was stay a week, but l still feel exciting every morning when l have breakfast. Highly recommend if you would like to have the relaxation trip in abu dhabi. ”

“Lovely apartments, with a great range of pools to choose from. The complex is right next to a small Souk and supermarket, which made it really convenient for us. Location is beautiful, on a private beach opposite the mosque, but the taxi ride to the centre of Abu Dhabi is around AED80 each way. Staff were very helpful and rooms were lovely. We stayed with our three children, aged 7, 12 and 14, and they loved the freedom to roam the complex and the general safety of Abu Dhabi.”

“Huge, clean suite with very comfortable bed. Seperate bath and shower. Huge bathtub, might be difficult for some people to get in & out of the bath as the sides are very high as the suite bathtubs are large, freestanding oval things not the mire common rectanglular style.”
