「This is an older motel but the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here on another visit. 」

「Great for a night or two if passing through this town. Everything is close by. Lady at front had everything ready for us. The neighborhood isn’t the best but room was good. 」

「I see the cockroach in the room .so I didn’t sleep very well but the employees at the front desk is very nice . I hate the cockroach and I see it . Maybe means not very clean . 」

「Not a five star hotel by any means but a five star review due to friendly helpful staff and clean room. Rooms and property are a little shabby and very dated, but for the price the place is comfortable and staff fully serviced the room each night. If I come back to the area I will stay here again. 」

「Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendly staff 」

「We had a pleasant stay, my only recommendation would be to add Coffee Pots in the room's and bath soap.」

「Hot water was lukewarm, refrigerator broken, room was quiet, comfortable and clean」

「No trash basket, no coffee maker, microwave doesn’t work, manager was meandering in the parking lot when we arrived, no phone, no alarm clock, hot water is lukewarm, smell of tobacco is extreme.」

「Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before」

「Hotel is what you expect, a low cost room in an old hotel in a college town. Two miles north of the stadium, an acceptable stagger back to the room after a Gator's victory.」

「Enjoyed quiet evenings with a good book reading and watching the animals from the front porch. I didnt realize the other cabin was so close next door but it was still very nice quality time in a country setting within the small town limits. I felt safe with the dogs running around the property Thank you to the hostess ..The pictures were exactly as shown. I would most certainly stay again...」

「Bright, modern, small apartment. More spacious and quieter than hotel or motels in the area. I stayed there for four nights while doing a diving course. It was very convenient to be walking distance to the restaurants on Main St.」

「Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. 」
