「A few mile for Gainesville …It was 10 in our party, to celebrate our Mother’s 85th Birthday. The host was gracious enough to honor our request for early check-in. The check-in process was easy and the host was in constant communication with me. There was enough parking for all in my party. 「We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. 「If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place. You can appreciate and feel the nature around you. The hot tube and the shower are amazing. Only complain is for the bathrooms that don’t have A/C and during the day was very hot inside. 」

「We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. 」

「Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well.
