“One of the toilets would not flush and was leaking. We reached out yo the property owner and she said maintenance would come the next day and fix it. They never came, so 4 people had to share one toilet for three days. When we reached out to the property owner again about the toilet, we were told to get the plunger and unclog it ourselves. Very unprofessional. ”

“Absolutely disgusted with the establishment as a whole. We arrived to a broken bed they refused to fix until the next day. I text. I emailed. I called SEVERAL TIMES OVER MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. Nails were sticking out. Walls were marked. Smoke detectors were chirping. Outside lights were hanging off. Shingles are missing. The previous person was absolutely right. Their attention to detail is ridiculous. They are a “good enough” stay. Their customer service is AWFUL!! I’m positive they will respond……

“The please did not match description at all , there’s was no floor at the stair or downstairs . The door knows where broken so the chances of getting rob was high , we couldn’t just leave since it was to late . The upstairs restroom almost flooded . There was a horrible smell at home . Then I get a phone call from the host the next day ask how everything was , and I ask about my return on my deposit and she was like well everything looks good at the house and you should receive it Monday or……

“The house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with. The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did. The floor in Bath 2 was very soft and sunken right in front of the bathtub and there was a gap between the bathtub and the floor. We did……

“ Rooms were spotless clean. Our beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing was the location, there was a bunch of crazy,wacky men walking on the sidewalk back and forth so kept watching my SUV all night! But everything else was awesome!”
