Having no staff for check-in was a little surprising and not as easy as it was supposed to be. But it was finally worked out and the rest of the evening went very smoothly. We enjoyed the room layout as it was so much different than any other hotel that we have stayed in.

We booked on line. Once we got to the hotel around 7 pm the office was closed. We had to call a number to get a code for our room. It was a little confusing but once we understood the process it was fine. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Super clean room. The owners live right on the property and can help with anything you need. Nested right next to the Rio Grande river, there’s a super peaceful area to relax and take your dogs out for a walk.

The room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. One complaint i have is that the refrigerator froze our food we put in it. Also, it would have been nice to have a designated potty area for dogs. My dog won't go potty if he doesn't smell that another dog has. So that was hard being up on the 2nd floor in the back going up and down. Its just a suggestion to make it easier on dog owners. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean. Which was good. It did not match the picture on the website. Temperature management was poor. No person to check in with. Had to call the manager to get the code for the room. This was frustrating. Just not a highly positive experience.
