There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well.

You can watch the ducks and geese fly by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp.

This quiet place sits tucked in right next to the Rio Grande river. It is located right on the edge of town heading up highway 149 to Creede where you are minutes from the mountains for a hike, access to fishing, or a short trip into the local shops. Inside this apartment you will find two bedrooms, a spacious living room, open dining and kitchen area. Whether you're looking to get out of the city for the weekend or need a quick break from work this cozy condo can offer just what you need to slow down for a few days. This condo is on the ground floor. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $125 per pet. Ask about the discounts.

We enjoyed our family vacation here! It was affordable and nice. We especially enjoyed only one TV being available in the living room. Our 3 boys didn’t pack any electronics and it was nice to unplug and spend quality family time together! The rooms were nice, it was clean! Worth every single penny!

This was a four unit Condo. We had a lower room. You could literally walk out the back door to the Rio Grand river 30 feet away. Room was well stocked with plenty of room. Owner lives next door and was very nice. Was surprised that the room had a full size washer and dryer. Only items we had concern with was the loud furnace and foot traffic noise from above unit. We would rent this unit again though.

Great home base for wolf creek

Just what we needed for Wolf Creek. Host was communicative, place was as described. Our only complaint was that the full sized mattress in the bunk room is unusable—even our youngest kid could feel every bar through the mattress. BUT, the sofa bed was fine, so we still had plenty of beds. (I just recommend replacing that one mattress. It’s brutal. )

Home sweet home!

Our condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook and wash our clothes. The Rio Grand river is right out your back door and just the sound is amazing. The condo is right across the street from revolution rail and accesse to utv/ATV trails without having to trailer to a place to unload as long as you get your flag and sticker from the visitor center. It's also close the the local liquor store.The manager Beau was very friendly and suggested areas to explore and made sure we were enjoying our stay very nice guy. Will definitely be staying here again.

This place was a disappointment to us. It was extremely basic. It is located in a bit of a “rustic” area and the place was very basic. The 2 large dread animal heads were seemingly out of place. They took over the living area. Seems like this place needs a good update. The FP did not work, the carpeting is old and the place is a bit dreary. Perhaps, this os best suited for hunters or fishermen. The lake right outside was a nice touch but we were there to ski. Overall, I would say it is overpriced for what it is.

right on river

the best part is the location. Right on the river and right off the highway like right off Super easyto find. Needs a bit of upkeep. The furnace filter was very dirty there was dust in heating vents and everyone in my party was sneezing and sneezing. Beds comfortable.

Family Ski Trip

Great family Spring Break ski trip. The condo is in a great location in South Fork. Easy access to everything. We had 2 adults and 4 teens and it was all we needed. Only a 20 min drive to the slopes! The condo had everything we needed and slept 6 very comfortbly!

Nice view on the river

We had a nice two night stay. Plenty of space, full kitchen, washer and dryer were welcome after long travels and camping. Internet was super fast for work needs. Only complaint would be the large amount of live and dead flies in the rental. A fly swatter should be included. Also, this is a multi family unit so you will have neighbors.
