“La casa Bonita est une très jolie location, typique des maisons du village. Placée à quelques pas du centre historique de Sòller (rue piétonne avec de belles boutiques, un large choix de restaurants et commodités), sa terrasse à l’étage offre une vue sur les montagnes très agréable au petit déjeuner comme le soir. Proche de la gare (avec son vieux train pour aller visiter Palma), le village est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord ouest de l’île. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. ”

“This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months. “Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. ”

Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder (davon zwei mit Duschen), Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit z.b. genügend Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Musikbox, Tischtennisplatte, Grillkohle, usw. Einzig ein Grundstock an Gewürzen, Kaffee, Essig/Öl wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (die auf demselben Grundstück im Haus……

“Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place……
