「Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was good, shower was GREAT! Very quiet becsuse it is in the middle of no where. We chose it becsuse it put us equidistant from the places we wanted to visit. However there was absolutely nothing around us. Made it nice and quiet for sleeping!」

「The only thing that was misleading was that on your booking site it said distance to Bilbao was 5 km .This isnt true its 25km and because i was cycling i had a very late check in and alot of hassle because i cycled near Bilbao only to have over a 2 hr cycle back out north again. I wasnt happy and so please don't lie about distance 」

「Aristieta is located in a beautiful, quiet, bucolic area of Kanpantxu, near Gernika. It is part of an organic farmstead operated by Alex and his wife, the hosts. A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. When I return to the region, I will definitely include this special small hôtel on my itinerary. 」

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
